Are  you absolutely certain than you are hungry?
Hunger and thirst signals are controlled by the same part of the brain -the hypothalamus

That empty feeling in your stomach probably  means than you're dehydrated.

The body often mistakes hunger for thirst ,and we eat when all we need  to do is drink some water

Lack of water is the number one trigger of daytime  fatigue.

Satisfy your thirst, wait 15 minutes, then see if you still hungry
